Fit-out at height is a sequencing problem. Mechanical, electrical and joinery trades all want the same room at the same time, and a millimetre lost at first-fix becomes a visible gap at handover. The programme, not the plan, is where the quality is won or lost.

A shared snag register and unit-by-unit sign-off let the client see progress room by room. The finishes are the deliverable; the sequence that produced them cleanly is the craft.
