Temporary construction facilities: Tilenga Upstream, Buliisa

Design and construction supervision of temporary facilities forming the first phase of the Tilenga Oil & Gas Project upstream works (warehouses, offices, laydown yards and concrete batching plants) with detailed architectural, structural and electro-mechanical design and Defects Liability Period monitoring.

The mandate is delivered to a published standard. Uganda's regulatory frame (UNRA, MoWT, PPDA, ERB) anchors the deliverables. Field crews operate from the Kampala office with a rotating site presence.

The drawing set is treated as a contract document. Civil 3D corridor models are exported with a contractor coordination viewer; structural calculations are issued with referenced Eurocode clauses; supervision reports follow a fortnightly cadence with photographic evidence and weather-day logging.
