ISO 19650 from survey to handover: how the drawing office stays one system
10 February 2026 · 1 min read · SANS LIMITE Drawing Office, BIM & digital delivery
Integrated digital delivery is not a software purchase. It is an information-management contract with the client: what gets named, what gets issued, and what gets verified at each stage gate from survey through to handover.
On dairy-facility and residential mandates, the practice runs Civil 3D for corridors and levels, Revit and Tekla for structures, and QGIS for terrain and context. The value is in the shared issue register, not the render.
ISO 19650 gives the language. The drawing office gives the habit: every model export, every BoQ revision and every site photograph lands in a traceable folder structure the client can audit years later.
