Design: Nkwanzi Eco Farm & Resort, Fort Portal

Architectural and engineering design for a sustainable eco farm and resort development in Fort Portal, incorporating eco-sensitive design principles, natural ventilation strategies and locally sourced materials, with drawings and Bills of Quantities.

The mandate is delivered to a published standard. Uganda's regulatory frame (UNRA, MoWT, PPDA, ERB) anchors the deliverables. Field crews operate from the Kampala office with a rotating site presence.

The drawing set is treated as a contract document. Civil 3D corridor models are exported with a contractor coordination viewer; structural calculations are issued with referenced Eurocode clauses; supervision reports follow a fortnightly cadence with photographic evidence and weather-day logging.
