Architectural and engineering design and supervision for ranch and training centre facilities in Masindi District, incorporating functional agricultural and hospitality infrastructure aligned with the client's operational requirements, including structural, electrical and mechanical design.

The mandate is delivered to a published standard. Uganda's regulatory frame (UNRA, MoWT, PPDA, ERB) anchors the deliverables. Field crews operate from the Kampala office with a rotating site presence.

The drawing set is treated as a contract document. Civil 3D corridor models are exported with a contractor coordination viewer; structural calculations are issued with referenced Eurocode clauses; supervision reports follow a fortnightly cadence with photographic evidence and weather-day logging.
