Construction supervision of the rehabilitation of 34.36 km of district and community access roads under the EU-funded DINU programme: Laropi–Paanjala (18.62 km), Celecelea–Lama–Gbalala (12.97 km) and Mawa Road–Orokombaa (2.77 km), including drainage improvement, culvert works and environmental compliance monitoring.

The mandate is delivered to a published standard. Uganda's regulatory frame (UNRA, MoWT, PPDA, ERB) anchors the deliverables. Field crews operate from the Kampala office with a rotating site presence.

The drawing set is treated as a contract document. Civil 3D corridor models are exported with a contractor coordination viewer; structural calculations are issued with referenced Eurocode clauses; supervision reports follow a fortnightly cadence with photographic evidence and weather-day logging.
