Earthworks for land clearing and development of the Mwerasandu Tin Mine, surface water collection tank construction, clearing and desilting of the open tunnel passage, and general bush clearing, levelling and landscaping as H5 Resources transforms the historic 1925 site into a modern tin operation.
The mandate is delivered to a published standard. Uganda's regulatory frame (UNRA, MoWT, PPDA, ERB) anchors the deliverables. Field crews operate from the Kampala office with a rotating site presence.
The drawing set is treated as a contract document. Civil 3D corridor models are exported with a contractor coordination viewer; structural calculations are issued with referenced Eurocode clauses; supervision reports follow a fortnightly cadence with photographic evidence and weather-day logging.
