Interior construction of residential apartments on Plot 21, Kololo Hill Drive, incorporating modern and Afro-modern design trends, covering structural, MEP and finishing elements, gypsum fit-out, full kitchen installation and exterior landscaping in Kampala's prestigious Mbuya/Kololo suburb.
The mandate is delivered to a published standard. Uganda's regulatory frame (UNRA, MoWT, PPDA, ERB) anchors the deliverables. Field crews operate from the Kampala office with a rotating site presence.
The drawing set is treated as a contract document. Civil 3D corridor models are exported with a contractor coordination viewer; structural calculations are issued with referenced Eurocode clauses; supervision reports follow a fortnightly cadence with photographic evidence and weather-day logging.
