Engineering designs & supervision for DDA dairy facilities rehabilitation

Engineering designs, Bills of Quantities and construction supervision for renovation of the Mbale Dairy Factory Block and rehabilitation of the Bukedea and Wera Milk Collection Centres, under the Dairy Development Authority strategic plan aligned with Uganda's NDP III agro-industrialisation programme.

The mandate is delivered to a published standard. Uganda's regulatory frame (UNRA, MoWT, PPDA, ERB) anchors the deliverables. Field crews operate from the Kampala office with a rotating site presence.

The drawing set is treated as a contract document. Civil 3D corridor models are exported with a contractor coordination viewer; structural calculations are issued with referenced Eurocode clauses; supervision reports follow a fortnightly cadence with photographic evidence and weather-day logging.
