Supervising five Visitor Information Centres across Uganda's national parks

Project Manager on behalf of the Uganda Wildlife Authority for the World Bank-funded IFPA-CD construction of five Visitor Information Centres (Murchison Falls, Semliki, Rwenzori Mountains, Kibale and Bwindi) covering full contract management, ESIA/ESMP compliance and quality assurance.

The mandate is delivered to a published standard. Uganda's regulatory frame (UNRA, MoWT, PPDA, ERB) anchors the deliverables. Field crews operate from the Kampala office with a rotating site presence.

The drawing set is treated as a contract document. Civil 3D corridor models are exported with a contractor coordination viewer; structural calculations are issued with referenced Eurocode clauses; supervision reports follow a fortnightly cadence with photographic evidence and weather-day logging.
