SANS LIMITE Consults Ltd ("the firm", "we", "our") is the data controller for personal information collected via this website. The firm is registered in the Republic of Uganda and operates under the Data Protection & Privacy Act 2019 ("DPA 2019"), with NITA-U

1. What we collect

Where you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email, and the contents of your message. Where you apply for a published role, we collect your CV, cover letter, and contact details.

2. Lawful basis

Contact-form submissions are processed on the lawful basis of consent (DPA 2019, s.7), recorded at the moment you tick the consent box. Job applications are processed on the basis of contractual necessity (steps preceding entry into a contract).

3. Retention

Contact submissions are retained for twenty-four months from the date of last correspondence. Job application data is retained for twelve months after the role closes, then deleted.

4. Sharing

Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties except sub-processors directly necessary to operate the website (hosting, email delivery). A list is available on request.

5. Subject access

You may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing info@sanslimiteconsultsltd.co.ug with the subject line "Subject access request". We respond within 30 calendar days as required by DPA 2019, s.30.

6. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our handling of your data you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Office (NITA-U), Plot 7A Rotary Avenue, Kampala.
